Stakeholders Planning

Please join us as we plan our service delivery for the year ahead. At a time of reducing school budgets, increasing numbers of children being referred for educational psychology support and a national shortage of qualified educational psychologists, it would be easy to feel overwhelmed as we contemplate the coming financial year 2017 - 2018.

However, now more than ever, it is important that we take the time to consider carefully how we can make the best use of our shared resources, target the specialist services such as educational psychologists where they can have the most impact, and make the best use of the existing capacity within schools to ensure the best possible outcomes for our vulnerable children.

We are in the early stages of planning our service offer for 2017/2018 and we'd like you to join us, if you can, to think through with us how to offer the best value to schools and how to make the best use of our limited resource.

During this afternoon we will consider together what works best, where there might be gaps in what you need and what we can offer, and consider potential new ways of working. This is an opportunity to "think outside the box" for a couple of hours with others who share our concerns and who are equally determined to get the best possible service for children and young people.

We look forward to seeing you!
