Through our team of experienced educational psychologists we are able to offer a wide variety of training and CPD for adults working in schools. Our training offer reflects changing needs and priorities in schools in response to the SEND Code of Practice 2014.

Starting out with special educational needs: including children and young people who face barriers to their learning

These sessions are aimed at Early Career teachers (NQT/RQT), but may also be of interest to experienced teachers who want to refresh their understanding and pick up some new tips and strategies

Quality First Teaching: enhancing learning and progress

The SEND Code of Practice places much greater emphasis on effective classroom planning and support for all children and young people. These sessions offer an opportunity to learn more about how to support children’s learning through practical classroom strategies and approaches.

Living Well, Learning Better: enhancing social, emotional and mental health in schools

These sessions offer an opportunity to reflect on the needs of children and young people who face barriers to learning due to their need for social and emotional support. All sessions include tried and tested practical classroom strategies and approaches.

SENDCO Support: networking and support for new and experienced SENDCOs

These sessions will be run as interactive group networking sessions. Each session will be based around a theme, but will expand to provide sharing of ideas and good practice, hot topics and a “bring and brag” slot.


A Twilight session costs £300
