Managing Director

Dr Teresa Regan, Managing Director, is a Chartered Educational Psychologist and an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. She is registered with the Health Professions Council as a practitioner psychologist. From November 2008 until July 2011, Teresa was the Principal Educational Psychologist for Telford & Wrekin Council and Shropshire Council, managing the  provision of services to two Councils. Prior to this, Teresa worked as an educational psychologist with Manchester Educational Psychology Service for 9 years, including 5 years as a senior manager.

Teresa has extensive experience both as a practitioner psychologist and as a service manager. She has specialist knowledge in the areas of social, emotional and behavioural needs; children in care/looked after; young children with delayed development; and literacy difficulties (Dyslexia). She has designed and managed projects in these areas, led working groups and advised at a strategic level.
